Evelyn Rodriguez is the Housing Choice Voucher Specialist at Concord Housing + Redevelopment. Her goal is to provide a foundation for success through stable housing by making the process of obtaining rental assistance as seamless as possible for both our program participants and property owners.
 
In her role, she guides families through the eligibility and certification process, ensuring our neighbors in the Greater Concord area have access to safe, decent, and affordable homes. She handles everything from initial briefings and voucher issuance to annual re-certifications, always aiming to maintain clear communication and professional support. By building strong partnerships with local landlords and staying current on HUD regulations, she is proud to work toward expanding housing opportunities that improve the social well-being and economic independence of every resident we serve.
