Notice of Public Hearing and Comment Period

CONCORD HOUSING + REDEVELOPMENT (CH+R)is providing an opportunity for the public to review and comment on the agency’s updated Moving to Work (MTW) Plan, Admin Plan and ACOP to be submitted to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. The public comment period extends from June 24, 2025 at 12:00 Noon to July 24, 2025 at 12:00 Noon.
Concord Housing Announces Opening of Housing Choice Voucher Waitlist

Effective November 20, 2023, Concord Housing will open their waitlist for their Housing Choice Voucher Program. The waitlists will automatically close once 100 applications have been received:

Concord Housing + Development Names new Executive Director

The board of directors of Concord Housing + Redevelopment (CH+R) is pleased to announce that Julie Palmeri has been named the organization’s new Executive Director. Palmeri is returning to her hometown of Concord to take over the position from John Hoyt, who announced his retirement after over two decades of service.
