Through the redevelopment arm of Concord Housing + Redevelopment, we are able to purchase various types of real estate and renovate it into affordable, safe housing opportunities. We currently offer 1, 2 and 3 bedroom rentals. There are no income restrictions for these properties and they are not federally subsidized.

Located at 63 and 65 ½ South Main Street, these one and two-bedroom units are close to all downtown amenities. Property offers off-street parking. Some units have shared laundry facilities others have hook-ups inside the unit for washer and dryer. Individual storage areas also offered for some units.
